RETURNS

Within 14 days of shipping of the product by HH Design Studio to the buyer/customer, the product may be returned subject to the following provisions:

- If an error or other issue is the responsibility of the buyer/customer, the buyer/customer assumes full responsibility.

- If the error or other issue is the responsibility of a third-party, HH Design Studio shall work with the third-party to correct the error at no cost to the buyer/customer. 

- If the error or other issue is the responsibility of HH Design Studio, HH Design Studio shall assume full responsibility for any corrections to the order.

REFUNDS

All refunds are subject to approval by and at the sole discretion of HH Design Studio. Written requests must be sent to support@hhdesign.studio for refunds to be considered.
